Did you know that your goal helmet should fit tight to your cheeks and sit one finger width above the eyebrows?

A proper fit would allow you to grab the cage, but not move the helmet from side to side on your head. Helmets should be worn for no more than three years because of foam deterioration, helmet chipping and usual wear and tear that comes with this position. Remember to inspect your helmet regularly for rusted and/or loose screws and make sure to dry your helmet after each use.
