Goal Pant Fitting Guide
The key factor here is the overall length, which can be divided into three sections.

1. When fitted properly, goal pants should provide unrestricted movement in the crouch position but should not be so loose that they rotate excessively around the waist.
2. Loosely fitting pants provide superior net coverage in addition to making the goalie look bigger. Goal pants should provide overlapping coverage with the bottom of the chest pad and tops of the goal pads.
3. As a guide, select pants 8" - 10" more than your waist size and 6" - 8" larger for a junior.
