> Browse Inline Equipment

Just like in ice hockey, an approved helmet is the most important piece of protective equipment that any inline hockey player will wear!

A helmet that fits properly with an appropriate facemask and mouth guard will greatly reduce the risk of a head injury. Helmets are designed to protect players from low-energy impacts, such as a stick lightly hitting the helmet, and against high-energy impacts, such as the head hitting the boards.

Helmets cannot prevent all injuries, but will minimize the risk of an injury when fitted and worn properly. It is important to mention that a helmet cannot protect players from injuries to the spine.
