When selecting a stick for inline hockey, be sure to consider one with an ABS-reinforced blade. ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) slides more easily on concrete playing surfaces and is much more durable than wood.
If you use a composite shaft, ABS-reinforced blades are also available. Take note, however, that one piece sticks (Synergy, TPS, and Vector) will chip and crack much more easily than ABS.
