Rates and shipping timeframes for Priority Shipments are based on live data directly from Canada Post.
We do not offer split shipment options at this time. Upon receipt of all of your items within our building your order will immediately be processed for shipment to you and at this time you will be updated with tracking information.

When placing your order please select “Other” in the countries list and add a comment to your order requesting a shipping quote. We will be happy to provide a completed quote to your provided email address.
We quote for shipping International orders via FedEx. This is the quickest courier service for International orders with one of the largest independent networks available.
If you wish to have a quote from Canada Post or other courier, please let us know and we will be happy to provide alternate shipping sources.
International customers are responsible for paying any import fees, brokerage or duty taxes associated with their orders; therefore, any import fees, brokerage or duties will not be included in your quoted shipping prices.
All orders placed by 1pm will be available for Pick Up by 5pm that same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be available for Pick Up by 12pm the next business day (1pm on Saturdays and Sundays). We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order and an agreed to timeline prior to picking it up. Please note that preorder items will take up to three weeks before being available for pick-up. Payments for these orders are processed immediately and when your product has arrived you will be contacted via your provided email address to let you know your order is ready for pick-up.
When picking up your order simply head to our Customer Service Counter at the main entrance doors. You will be required to present the online order confirmation (either printed out or on a smartphone), your payment method, as well as 1 piece of government issued photo identification. You will then be asked to sign for your order and you will be on your way!
If you wish to have somebody else pick up your order you are welcome to do so, simply send us an email stating the first and last name of the individual. They will then be required in store to present their photo ID and sign for the order. Please Note: In some cases orders will not be permitted to be picked up without the card holder being present, we will let you know if this is the case.
Please try to pick up your item within 7 days of purchase, or call the Online Center to make other arrangements. Items not picked up will be refunded back to you and returned to stock after 30 days if no other arrangements have been made.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We dislike answering the phone for a telemarketer and we’re pretty sure you do, too, so we make certain that all information you share with us is never sold or shared with anybody else.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
It’s our aim to provide a hassle free return service for you. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the date you pick up your order or the shipment date. To process your return, you can either bring it to our store or ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend you always ship with a courier or Canada Post and obtain a tracking number (we are not responsible for items lost during shipment back to our store) and you are welcome to use the least expensive option available in your region. You are responsible for the return shipment costs and shipments sent via COD will not be accepted.
Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels, headset installation, etc.)
All of the items that we ship are in new and un-used condition unless otherwise stated in their online product description. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition you have the option of refusing or accepting delivery. If you choose to accept the damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for return shipment of the damaged item(s). Please try and leave the product and package in its original form from when you received it. This will assist our claim submission to the shipping company. We will do our best to make sure you get a duplicate item(s) in un-damaged condition as quickly as possible (subject to availability).
In the unlikely event that you receive your order and there is product(s) that do not match your order confirmation, or there are products missing from your order, please contact us immediately and we will get you the right product (subject to availability) as quickly as possible and arrange for return shipment of the incorrect item(s).
We understand that shopping online can often be confusing and mistakes happen, particularly when it only takes the click of a button and the order you were mulling over was suddenly submitted. If it happens that you accidently chose the wrong size, colour or product we will gladly accept returns on all products up to 30 days after the order was placed. In these situations, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs (refer to RETURNS & HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN above).
